Mindfulness
Total relaxation with psychotherapeutic value
Putting out a medium-sized portrait means about five hours of in-depth creative work for me. Perhaps it is surprising, but this simple sequence of activities, which is repeated for hours, requires my full attention: read the color code, pick up the appropriate colored dressing, place it on the hole and push it in with the right pressure. Then I felt a little click, both outside under my finger and inside, in my head, as this one element fell into place. A miniature small achievement, a very small micro-success. At times, I have a certain certainty that this is a precisely planned small detail of some big, creative plan, which I just executed well. And this made my work a little more complete, the desired image became a little more recognizable, an important detail of the lovely face was a little better formed. And I'm glad that I can already put the next and the next and the next.
Creative Flow
The joy of creation and complete peace of mind
I make plans so that I now proceed by color or by small area, I concentrate so that I don't drop the dragee from my hand, I'm already scanning the next code from the corner of my eye. And I've been doing this for many hours now, and I'm watching, moving, creating, having fun. I notice that I have completely turned off the environment, the world, everyday life, the past, and the future, around me and inside me. I only pay attention to the "here and now", I am fully present in what I am doing. After an afternoon of preparing artwork, I jump back into my everyday life fresh, recharged, rested, and with new intuitions.
Pleasant corners of our subconscious:
the sweet smell of home and childhood
The image is also a large surface air freshener. It provides a constant delicious intense sweet scent in the room where you put it. When you enter there, your mood changes imperceptibly, memories of childhood sweets, the air of old traffic shops, mother baking cakes, and family afternoons come to life in the background of your thoughts. Scents are detected directly in the most ancient layer of our brain through the olfactory nerve, often causing a change in mood without even realizing it. It will be better to be in that room, it will be better to be in that apartment, it will be better for you.
I would like to devour you…
... is what they say to a small child who is being tickled and who squeals with laughter in the process. We would physically possess the person we love, we would want to make them a part of us. We bite the ear of our love, and many symbols of consumption appear in love.
Now we can do it without being punished, we can eat his mouth, eyes, and ears, which are made out of delicious sweet dragees, and then we can replace the pieces, we can recreate our loved one, our love, we can give new life and formation to the eaten parts. Love consumes and creates again.
